I am one business and one person that don't like to charge an arm and a leg for merchandise.
One thing I do is carry quality merchandise for low prices.
I want you to know that I can't put everything that I sell on this website.
There will be a few books that I do sell, but if you buy that book. I will in return give you a gift certificate to replace the cost of the book you buy. They get certificate does not include the price the shipping and handling and it taxes apply. When you get the gift certificate you have 45 days from the date of the certificate to use it. Which ever book you buy will determine how much you have to spend to you certificate, it is not include shipping or taxes you have to pay for shipping and taxes yourself.
I would like you to know, if you fill out the form on the contact us page. You will be automatically giving a customer number for you to use on every purchase.
When you fill out the form, I will put it into a folder with all your contact information and your customer identification number. This folder will have everything about you.
I promise and guarantee that I will never ever give out any of your personal information that you send to me, I promise you that. That way you will not get any spam.
I will personally e-mail you with your customer number and I will also send you my business card with your customer number on the back of my card. That way you will not lose your number.
When you go to make in order or purchase.
Just for filling out the contact form on the contact us page, I will automatically send you a 10% off your first order of your merchandise. But remember you cannot use that for shipping or taxes.
Like I have said before, I just don't want to know you as a customer but I also want to get to know you as a person. I want to get to know your wants, your needs, your questions and concerns and the only way I could do that is for you to fill out the form on the contact us page.

I really need to let you know this. On less the merchandise has been damaged when it arrives you, you need to contact me right away. So that way I can issue you a refund, but there are no refunds. instead you will get credit on your account.
That's why I'm giving everybody their own personal customer number and I will have a file on everybody and I mean this no one will get your information. I will not sell or give it to anybody not even a third-party. I hate spam myself and I'm probably pretty sure you do.
